Great brewer

Responsive to my needing a new coffee pot in rapid time.

Very nice people.

Had to wait about 2 months for the coffee pot but was well worth the wait.

Just a bigger carafe would be nice.

It was hard to wait, but understand why. Thanks

This would be 5 star if the pot was close to on time but it seems like there are some supply chain things to figure out but now that i have it I am pleased and still contimpating if i sign up for the monthly fee and extended warranty.

Long wait time and expensive but be patience, it’s worth your health if you’re trying to cut back on plastic!

Other than it took 3 months to get this plastic free coffee maker, communication was a bit slow since I had to reach out to them. And then they had to confirm my shipping address, not sure why since it was on the other invoice. Shipping fast once all that happened.

I love this brewer, and the packaging it arrived in was flawless! The long wait feels unnecessary but the coffee brewer is wonderful.

Return was fairly easy except I had to make a couple of phone calls and an email to receive a return label for free return shipping.
