Very prompt turn around time. It would have been ideal to have a specific drawing and a parts list to match with parts being shipped. Once we had the right parts we got it installed and it looks great.

Railings were top quality, however had to wait for new brackets that were not drilled properly with big enough holes.

On the top of post connectors the holes were too small for the bolts and required drilling. The pieces were not able to fit together easily as shown on instructions.

It is great! My only complaint is that it needs to be stated that the poles that are shown on the picture doesn't come with the pole for railing. Other than that we are very happy!

The costume racks and their extensions work tremendously. They fill the space perfectly and were rather easy to install. They will work for us for many years to come.

Top notch customer service!

Overall, this is a heavy duty, solid handrail. I do have one issue with the finish. In the manufacturing process, the top railing is cut to length. This results in burrs at the cut. The railing was then painted (expensive Powder Coat) without first removing the burrs. I had to remove the end caps and file off the burrs which felt rough on the skin. This of course also removed the Powder Coat paint. You should remove the burrs before you paint.
