The parts were pretty rough compared to what the photos looked like and pretty expensive for what they are

I was expecting a 10 pipe for the railing and received a six foot and a 4 foot. The piece to hold them together was not even on the edges looked, horrible and impossible to use. My handy person had to buy another 10’ galvanized pipe and end pieces as the end caps that were supplied in the kit were plastic and mostly wouldn’t last a year. None of this was in the description. I was very disappointed in railing kit. Customer service couldn’t do anything to help the situation. Very unsatisfied customer . Would not have purchased if the description had been accurate

This is my second purchase. . . . . the second purchase work out just as great as the first. The railing matches the architectural design of my 100 year old plus house perfectly. I would not hesitate recommending your product . I like the simple and clean design.

Nice product

I placed an order online a few weeks ago for a job site and needed an update on the shipping information. I spoke to Garrett today and he went above and beyond in my opinion- He took the time to explain to me that it should be shipping out tomorrow, but that he would check with the coater for me for a better idea and give me a call back. Within an hour or so I received a call back from him with more information. I really appreciated him going the extra step to help get me what I needed. Just wanted to say I appreciated his service very much.

I had a stair rail replacement project for our rural school, but it was too small to attract and contractor bids. I searched for DIY ADA handrails and the Simplified Building site popped up. After a little planning and watching installation videos, I decided this product was something I could do myself. I have to say that it would have been easier and quicker if I had a second person to help, but I was able to install an 18' ADA double rail on my concrete stairway without anyone helping. This system and product made my life simpler by allowing me to do the work and get the job done. Thank You Simplified Building.

In my view, a 5 star rating for Simplified Building is by far underrated. I give 5 stars to the Sales Personnel. Their knowledge and ability to guide you through the process. I give 5 stars for the products it self… Simplified Building made it possible to move a 14 ft gate with one finger. I give 5 stars to shipping. They tell you when they ship and the date you will get it… Also… I give another 5 stars to whoever dreamed up this product…. 
To my thinking, that’s at least, 20 stars. . So if you need to lighten your load, look no further. . You’re at the right place with Simplified Building… I also add another 5 stars for cost. . . ya can't beat it. .

Very professional / timely delivery

This product was easy to install and is very strong. perfect for the lady we installed it for to enjoy the outdoors again.

I'm very glad SB exists because I have ADA railings outside and I needed to replace one of the rails anchored in the cement, which had rusted through just below the opening. I had trouble finding anyone who carried the parts until I found SB. The man who helped me was very courteous and I got the railing I was looking for. I thought 4 feet would be plenty long so that is the length I asked them to cut it but it is not long enough, and that is my fault, soon I am going to order one the correct size.

Sales agent Garrett was helpful and very responsive to my phone calls and emails which I appreciated. When the shipment arrived, the fittings and pipe lengths were correct for my project but the hardware was not included as I'd mentioned I'd wanted. We agreed that I would buy the (very expensive) hardware and he would cover the shipping cost. When my guy went to install the rail, the plastic anchors were not included with the brick screws so my installer had to go to Home Depot to buy them which I'd wanted to avoid. I think the anchors should have been included since the hardware itself is so expensive ($70). There were also a lot of screws and other hardware left over after the project since I could only get what I needed for the installation in pre-packaged sets. All in all, I'm happy with the quality of the rail and the way the rail looks.

I did not receive any support. I was able to find the pieces I needed from the large selection shown on the website. These pieces are perfect for building a structure with metal pipes. The only downside was the price, these connector pieces cost more the steel pipe I needed for my project.
