Your Engineering/design team support was first rate and responsive. My project was very small but your team helped identify and order the components required. They even suppled a simplified drawing. Receipt of the material was another story. It took three shipments to get all the parts. The first shipment consisted of only pipe , no fittings. Customer service was responsive and said the problem was with the box breaking during shipment. It then took about a week and a half to receive the fittings. Of which 4 pieces were missing. Again your personal were responsive but that took another week and a half. I would recommend you tighten up your shipping process.

We were missing the rail and contacted customer service. They shipped out the replacement rail right away. We will not be installing it for a few weeks but we are very satisfied with their service.

Figuring out what I needed and getting it ordered was really easy. The handrail was pretty easy to figure out and get installed. Because I had the handrail materials powder coated I sanded the paint from inside the handrail pipe and off the end caps. The end caps did not fit inside the handrail pipe. After quite a lot of ginding with my Dremel tool and using a wood block with a 2 pound hammer I was finally able to pretty much get the end caps installed. The handral looks great and my wife likes it so success!

My project turned out perfectly. I gave Sean a rudimentary drawing and he determined what I needed and sent me a more professional drawing. I ordered the parts. I received the correct number and lengths of tubings and all the correct fittings. It went together exactly as designed. I would highly recommend your company. It made the job on my end very easy. The first time I've used these products and surprised at the variety of angles and fitting combinations available. All that I purchased fit perfectly and the set screws are large to provide a secure lock in the sockets

The team at simplified building reviewed my design, my poorly made sketches, produced a full 3d mockup, adjusted some measurements to work with the fitting, and saved me a bundle by reducing the pipe size (I had oversized it). Highly recommend them.
