I had a problem with condition of material due to the shipper being careless and Nate at Simplified Building reshipped my damaged pieces quickly. Job came out fantastic and their customer support was top notch.

Expensive, but surprisingly well made and very strong.

We needed a last minute railing solution and Simplified Building met and exceeded our unrealistic time frame. Great customer service, easy to get on the phone, they followed up along the way to see if we needed anything, shared tracking information and followed the tracking themselves. They invested themselves into our project and helped us see it to completion.

I needed a lot of structural piping connectors and SB had all I needed and got them out quick!

Process was great!

Definitely would recommend this handrail. Delivery takes a little time, but it worked out for us. We bought a previous L160 handrail and decided to add another to the other side of the stairs. Great quality and very sturdy. Easy install with the correct tools

The experience was Okay. I submitted a pretty detailed design, unfortunately I took advice that lead to it failing final inspection. I then ordered what was needed to pass, which is also how I designed it. When the parts arrived two out of six were wrong. I order 26-8 got 26-840. That has been resolved. But I still have the two items not needed. The railing is very nice, I alone was able to install it In two days. I’m still waiting for a shipping label to return the 26-840 if you don’t want them back please let me know.
