From the beginning of order Nate worked with my needs, sending me diagrams. He was quickly available for questions, problems, or any concerns, which happened several times during the installation process.

I had a problem with condition of material due to the shipper being careless and Nate at Simplified Building reshipped my damaged pieces quickly. Job came out fantastic and their customer support was top notch.

Expensive, but surprisingly well made and very strong.

We needed a last minute railing solution and Simplified Building met and exceeded our unrealistic time frame. Great customer service, easy to get on the phone, they followed up along the way to see if we needed anything, shared tracking information and followed the tracking themselves. They invested themselves into our project and helped us see it to completion.
