Very good

Simplified building had the materials we needed for a reasonable price, and delivered it expediently. They also followed up to make sure we received everything and were satisfied. We were happy with our purchase and the customer service.

I sent photos and dimensions for a “modular” handrail for a concrete wheelchair ramp. The kit arrived and the agreed design noted the lengths of rails to be supplied. The rails were not the lengths on the design diagram and so I advised same to their office. I was told that I’m wrong and a subsequent email( as they don’t answer the phone) told me I would need to cut the rails supplied. After cutting 6 rails, the system is eventually put together but not happy only to be told by the company that maybe I don’t have the ability that 99% of their customers have. As a former owner of an engineering company I advised same people to avoid. Another worthwhile Excercise is to look up the companies office as no accounts filed since 2023 and they have a credit rating of €0. Credit reports advise extreme caution.

Your Engineering/design team support was first rate and responsive. My project was very small but your team helped identify and order the components required. They even suppled a simplified drawing. Receipt of the material was another story. It took three shipments to get all the parts. The first shipment consisted of only pipe , no fittings. Customer service was responsive and said the problem was with the box breaking during shipment. It then took about a week and a half to receive the fittings. Of which 4 pieces were missing. Again your personal were responsive but that took another week and a half. I would recommend you tighten up your shipping process.

We were missing the rail and contacted customer service. They shipped out the replacement rail right away. We will not be installing it for a few weeks but we are very satisfied with their service.

great

Great service, very understandable catalog of what's available and best of all, you know you're holding a well-made fitting in your hand. EZ to install, solid after installation. Great product !

Nate was great. I had a late order change and Nate handled it.

Wonderful, friendly and helpful service. We now have a handrail on our HC ramp which allows us to use our camping trailer safely for trips to places we enjoy.

once I alerted the company to an issue with my order ( it had not arrived) THEY did the leg work to find the problem and than quickly corrected the problem delivering my order. Getting real customer service, make a transaction well worth it to me thank you

Outstanding product. Very satisfied.

Great Product with quality parts. It is nice and sturdy. Glad that I have found this kit. It saved me a lot of time trying to figure out how to make one. Plus I could do it myself.

Exactly as ordered.

Simple, clean and sturdy.

Completely satisfied. Great quality products and great delivery time.

Figuring out what I needed and getting it ordered was really easy. The handrail was pretty easy to figure out and get installed. Because I had the handrail materials powder coated I sanded the paint from inside the handrail pipe and off the end caps. The end caps did not fit inside the handrail pipe. After quite a lot of ginding with my Dremel tool and using a wood block with a 2 pound hammer I was finally able to pretty much get the end caps installed. The handral looks great and my wife likes it so success!

My project turned out perfectly. I gave Sean a rudimentary drawing and he determined what I needed and sent me a more professional drawing. I ordered the parts. I received the correct number and lengths of tubings and all the correct fittings. It went together exactly as designed. I would highly recommend your company. It made the job on my end very easy. Thank you Sean!

The first time I've used these products and surprised at the variety of angles and fitting combinations available. All that I purchased fit perfectly and the set screws are large to provide a secure lock in the sockets

We love Simplified Building. Nate and Garrett are incredible to work with. They are highly knowledgeable about their products and are always eager to answer my questions. Recently when I made mistakes on my order and later when they made mistakes, they were quick to come up with a resolution and get the product into my hands. Their product is consistently high quality, arrives quick and is always well packaged.

Very good quality. I installed one railing in my garage and in on my front steps.
