Amazing ring! I love the way it came out. I was a little wary at first about shipping such an expensive item, but Ken and Dana put my fears to rest and delivered my ring without any hiccups. I would recommend them, and I will likely purchase from them in the future.

My ring is absolutely stunning. However, I have struggled to get it sized accordingly. My fiancé ordered a 5. 5. The ring delivered measured at 4. 75. When I asked customer service about the size difference, they explained “ The sizing mandrel in the photo you shared is used for a traditional circular ring. On that mandrel, you'll find negative space between the ring, which means that while it sits on the 4. 75 mark - it does not sit flush on it. If you were to remove all that negative space between the rope band and the mandrel, the ring would fall on size 5. 5. So, if Todd requested a 5. 5, we did the work to ensure it is! I assure you - we designed your piece to a 5. 5!”. I trusted this explanation and sent it back for resizing because my knuckle doesn’t adjust to negative space very well. The ring they sent back now measures at a 5 and is still uncomfortable. There was no follow up after receiving the resize. Just discomfort and a callous on my finger. I visited with a local jeweler today that shared in my frustration and promised to make the ring fit correctly. I am beyond disappointed to have such a beautiful ring that doesn’t fit right.

So much more gorgeous in person. I watched the video and looked at the photos for weeks waiting for it (he wanted me to pick it out). It’s slimmer/longer than the video/photos and, from the side, the diamond looks a lot flatter but I love it. I get distracted looking at it all throughout the day and spend way too long looking at it on my hand in the mirror. (RG Rachael 3ct)

UPDATED REVIEW: I previously wrote a review about how I was very upset with the service I received at Ken&Dana due to the fact that I received a ring that did not look at all like the photos online or what I had discussed with the sales person. However, after I posted this review Ken personally reached out to me to rectify the situation. He promptly sent me a label to return the ring I received and re-created mock ups of the original ring I had hoped to purchase. He made edits to those as needed and ultimately got my new ring created in a short amount of time and sent to me! I would absolutely recommend this company now as I feel he handled this issue appropriately by fixing the problem and I am so happy with my ring, it is exactly what I was hoping for!! Great customer service and very happy with the finished product

I was nervous for the ring to show up on time to make it to Italy with it. When working with you guys about the design and shipping you guys were able to assure me that everything would be made on time and shipped asap. Working with Breanna made me feel super assured and beyond excited to get the ring to men. When I first opened the package for he ring I never realized the amount of sparkle and shine diamond had. I was absolutely blown away with how beautiful the ring was. A bit later here we are Sorrento Italy on a boat tour for the sunset and I get to ask the love of my life if she will marry me! She said yes! Thank you so much for all the help and the most perfect ring!

The reason I gave four out of five stars was because the ring was delivered to my residence without my signature. Luckily I was home at the time and heard a package being placed between our screen door and front door. Otherwise the package could’ve gotten stolen. This is likely negligence on FedEx’s end, but if I’m not the first one to report this, you guys need to straighten this out with FedEx.

The ring is gorgeous! My fiancé and I both loved the Odeyte ring and the packaging was great. The ring is obviously well made and seems like it has many many small attentions to detail. We had issues with shipping due to some address clarification issues on their end, resulting in a headache with delivery. They were able to get it fixed though, and I, and more importantly my fiancé, loved the ring!

Working with everyone was excellent, and when I suddenly needed the ring sooner than expected, they worked hard to expedite the process and they came through! The ring is gorgeous and unique! Absolutely loved staff, and the ring!
