The ordering process and finding the right ring was so easy. I loved the Adamaris but wanted to change it slightly and the team was right on it and help me design the perfect ring for my fiancé and she absolutely loves it. There was one small defect with a prong after a couple days, but called and they were super easy to work with regarding the issue.

Lauren was very helpful in answering all of my questions related to the custom design of the ring. She also provided some really great diamond options once I had explained what I was looking for. We will be coming back to Ken & Dana for the wedding bands!
