When I had questions about a second delivery, they assured me that my band would not depart their facility until I knew I would be home. I recently purchased a custom ring from Ken & Dana Design and wanted to share my positive experience along with the finished product. My husband and I am extremely satisfied with the quality and design of the ring. I purchased an oval lab diamond from an individual not too long ago. I came across Ken & Dana Design when looking for a jeweler to work with a loose diamond provided by a customer, and they were more than happy to create a custom setting for me. They simply requested for the IGI certificate. Once I sent them this, we went into discussing details. It was such a nerve wracking feeling since I've never had a custom ring done before. The customer service was great during my consultation. They made me feel comfortable in specifying what I was looking for. They also made sure to educate me and were transparent regarding certain details I had requested for that could require ongoing additional maintenance or repair in the future (e. g. , specifically the emerald birthstone accent on the bridge as emeralds are soft). After my consultation and making the purchase to move forward with the project, they provided me with a 2-day shipping label to mail my diamond to them. After that, they sent me renderings based on our consultation. I had some slight feedback about the prongs being less visible from the Birds Eye view, and they immediately responded with a second set of renderings. Once I approved of the second renderings, they provided me with an estimated finish date within 6-7 weeks, but they actually finished it 2 days prior to the finish date! With their 2-days shipping, my ring arrived the day it was projected to finish on. Huge bonus. For anyone looking for custom rings and high quality, I strongly recommend Ken & Dana Design! For a first time customer, I am very pleased with the results. The craftsmanship is superb. I don't feel like I settled with this ring in any way at all. From ordering to production and shipping, everything was handled quickly and smoothly. Communication was always prompt and clear, which made the entire process stress-free. I ordered an E+ color diamond, and the stone we received was an exceptional D color — truly stunning. The ring looks far more beautiful in person than in the photos, and my fiancée was absolutely thrilled. We are very happy with the quality and craftsmanship, and we would love to have our wedding bands made here as well.

Both my wedding band and engagement ring is from Ken & Dana Design. They are stunning, unique and we love that they are all ethically sourced materials. The purchasing process was so seamless for my now husband. The only critique I can think of is using another tracking system for packages. I don't like that shop (the app) was so complicate to navigate and that it would give the most basic tracking details. For something so valuable, I love to know all tracking and shipment details. Maybe the future brides might feel the same way I did waiting for my wedding band, or the future husbands anxiously waiting for their engagement ring to arrive. Besides that I am beyond thrilled with our purchases. Thank you again!
