My ring is beautiful but it was really hard to get an appointment planned to go to the shop since I live out of state and they didn’t seem to have many openings when I was in NYC. Since I couldn’t come in, I asked for examples of the ring I wanted paired with one of their engagement rings, but they just directed me to a picture of another ring combo and said it looks roughly the same. . well I unfortunately disagree and would have probably picked a different ring of theirs for my wedding band because the proportions aren’t quite matched up, and it doesn’t wrap around my engagement ring as well as I had hoped.

From the very beginning, Lauren was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the ring selection process, answering every question, and helping me find my dream ring. I truly felt supported and confident in my choice because of her expertise and patience. When I accidentally ordered the ring in the wrong color, the team was so kind and easy to work with in getting the original ring returned and the correct one ordered. Lauren was amazing throughout that process as well — communicative, understanding, and quick to make sure everything was handled smoothly. What could have been a stressful mistake turned into a seamless and positive experience.
