I called in because I was somewhat confused about the ring buying process. Morgan was genuinely so amazing, very clear, patient, answered even the dumbest of questions by me. Definitely made me feel more confident about the entire process!

My ring is beautiful but it was really hard to get an appointment planned to go to the shop since I live out of state and they didn’t seem to have many openings when I was in NYC. Since I couldn’t come in, I asked for examples of the ring I wanted paired with one of their engagement rings, but they just directed me to a picture of another ring combo and said it looks roughly the same. . well I unfortunately disagree and would have probably picked a different ring of theirs for my wedding band because the proportions aren’t quite matched up, and it doesn’t wrap around my engagement ring as well as I had hoped.

When I accidentally ordered the ring in the wrong color, the team was so kind and easy to work with in getting the original ring returned and the correct one ordered.
