My last delivery from ICO were 50ct Moon Shoal. Once again, perfect delivery, perfectly fresh (alive) oysters. Each and every “cup” shucked perfect, with a tasty brine. Usually I’d expect a couple duds from a 50ct bag. Not a single one. I personally will shuck and eat all 50 over a 3 day period with delivery as day 1. Lower the frij temp a bit, place the bag in a large Corning ware bowl and cover with a moist cloth. Outstanding!

Always love the ICOs. This batch had a greater number of irregularly shaped shells than usual. Some difficult shucking and broken shells. Even using my official deluxe Island Creek knife (it really is nice) and gloves.
