Living in northern Minnesota, we give up a lot of great ocean-coast experiences. . . but Island Creek lets us have the best of both worlds. There's nothing like pontooning out to a sheltered inland lake campsite in the boreal forest to shuck oysters, sip champagne, and load up the chips with trout roe and Top the Tater (the Minnesota way!). Love the option to mix and match oysters from different farms; it's a marvel how they all differ in flavor (each delightful in their own way!).

Once again perfectly cold oysters arrived for the fourth of July all the way to Idaho. Great packaging kept the oysters cold and I appreciate the little tempurature sensor they ship with them. Oysters arrive pretty dirty but nothing a quick rinse won't fix. Order arrived on schedule as well. Oh. And they are delicious!

Ordering was simple and product arrived on time. This batch tasted great, ran smaller than expected and only 1 was not consumable.

Only one can was sent when we bought 2 cans. Unfortunately, we were not able to eat them with our lobster, so hopefully we can enjoy them another time once the other can gets here.

Great oysters

I bought 2 dozen island creeks. I thought that they had snet me clams at first since they were so small. Some were less tha 2 inches and a few smaller. They wer sweet but almost nothing there. Very disappointing BABY oysters. Wrong time of year I guess.
