Ordered Razor Clams last weekend. They arrived in good condition and smelling like the sea. They were pan sauteed and enjoyed along side an Italian White Wine. The IC folks delivered again! Spectacular addition to the Island Creek Lineup>

These were not good oysters. Service and shipping was great and fast. But these oysters were terrible. I got sick from just 4. I ended up tossing 46 straight into the bin.

Yum! Perfectly preserved. They were ready to shuck and eat. This is our third order and we will order again.

Shipping the oysters in a mesh bag, touching ice packs or dry ice led to frozen oysters better packing or separation of the oysters from physically touching. The ice is recommended.

Excellent service, as always!

Quickly became one my very top Maine oysters. Will order again if available. Far too good for grilling, also too good for any form of cocktail sauce or flavorful mignonette. Any enhancement stronger than lemon juice obscures the quality.
