Always love the ICOs. This batch had a greater number of irregularly shaped shells than usual. Some difficult shucking and broken shells. Even using my official deluxe Island Creek knife (it really is nice) and gloves.

Amazing Customer Service. I knew it would be! The caviar itself was disappointing. We eat a lot of caviar in this family and it just wasn't hitting the marks. We did order a less expensive caviar for a small gathering we had, so maybe the quality wasn't fully there.

These are more difficult to open as they tend to flake off and getting leverage is more difficult than normal. My son recently broke his right arm which is in a cast so his condition is temporary. I have recently been confined to a wheelchair which is permanent so I have to learn all over again .
