ICO is great, so glad they are in business and shipping great oysters to people like me. Suoer easy to shop, order and deal with, and in the very rare instance something goes wrong they do what they can to make it right. I will keep petitioning for more "slightly larger" offerings, that is my only disappointment with many of their offerings, though the quality is always top notch. ICO may be responding, sometimes offering their oysters in large. In the past I got some "large" wellfleets from ICO which were amazing. And the Nurumbegas are pretty meaty even in the smaller standard offering. . . can only dream of those offered a little larger!!!

Five stars on ordering, packaging, and shipping. We're longtime Island Creek customers, and the one or two times there has been a shipping problem (i. e. , FedEx goofed), IC has always taken care of things quickly.
