My service has been great. The only draw back is that I can't stream the net anywhere, but otherwise it's great.

I received my cell phone and activation was very easy. Service was great for the areas I used the cell phone in. I would have stayed with Defense Mobile but my contract is not up with Verizon yet. But once it is I will be switching to Defense Mobile. Its the cheapest cell phone service I have found that is reliable and NO CONTRACT.

The thought of leaving the top dog in mobile service was like stepping out of a Caddy and getting into a Ford Pinto but Defense Mobile turned out to be a BMW. Traveling from Utah to OKC I lost service one time. The Google navigation dropped out east of Denver heading to Wichita Kansas. You do not need Navigation I was just bored. I just wanted to here that voice say,"Continue on route you have 359 miles to go", before you see a building.

Wish you could enable Verizon. It's been a long time.

I have enjoyed using Defense Mobile. I've had good coverage and the staff are always bellflower and knowledgeable.

No complaints and am glad to find that Veterans are employed to take care of us and no dealing w/confused civilians!!

Need mobile app to manage account. Website showing inaccurate data usage totals. Price comparison with competitors is most important feature so far.
