I obtained notice of your offer for a phone and signed up. There were initial problems related to my regular phone account with T-mobile, but one of your agents was tenacious in helping me complete the deal. It was Friday and he stayed late to try to sort out the problem. It took the weekend to jump through all of the hoops but the result was successful. I definitely owe your assistant (last name Johnston) a vote of thanks for his diligence.

my phone became operational a couple of hours ago -- i signed on with you 1-29-16. when do my 24.98/mo charges start? The support team have been great and patient--they deserve 5 stars. the overall operation only get 3 stars -- which may get up graded in the future.

I purchased the Moto g (3rd Gen) and I haven't been able to use it yet because I can't get pass the google account verification. I no doubt have put an extra character or hit the wrong key when originally putting my gmail email address in. I can't find out where the mistake is. The phone keeps saying: This device was reset. To continue, sign in with a Google Account that was previously synced on this device. Is there a way to get pass this. I don't use google for my emails.

So far enjoying the service and customer support. When calling in for support, the wait time has been long.

Took only a couple of days to have my phone delivered. Set up took a little longer because I had to call customer service due to a glitch in the online setup to port my number. the Veteran on the phone walked me through everything. Great service at a good price.
