I have only been with Defense Mobile for less than a month, I am thoroughly impressed with customer support staff who were able to work through some connection problems with two new phones that I purchased, being that the carrier (Verizon) was new to Defense Mobile, they (James, Cliff, & Navy Bruce), were able to work the problems with Verizon & connect ability for the phones all the while being tenacious at solving all the glitches that they encountered with smile & even sense of humor, they never gave up until I had my phones working like a charm. Way to go team! They proved that Veterans can "Get the job Done" Thank you Defense Mobile!!!

Excellent customer service. They will do whatever it takes to make customer happy. Everyone seems to like their job and it shows.

Customer service reos need to listen completely to customer without constantly interrupting them and then trying to over speak them. Its rude and tends to anger and frustrate the customer. Without your customers there is no you, customer service department.

Customer service is top-knotch, I've even had some instances where people are talking to me past the closing time.

The coverage is adequate. There are some areas that are some less but may improve when the other towers are put online. Can't beat the price as you can choose the bracket that best fits your needs and usage.

I've been having nothing but trouble when sending out text & picture messages and issues with the internet not working. There has been times I have to turn my phone off and turn it back on just to reset the internet service. I've been pretty disappointed with this service. I thought I would have the same great service as I did with Verizon and payless but the service is terrible and I am paying the same thing I paid for at Verizon. I've never had any issues with Verizon other than my data plan being slightly expensive.

Overall, I'm very happy. I will say my hotspot feature has faded in and out repeatedly, causing me to keep contacting you. I also didn't enjoy having to mess with my carrier settings recently (wasn't getting good data coverage). I wish I would get an automatic carrier update.

Excellent Value: great coverage area and strong connections/signal-strength. More than that - no gimmicks, gotcha's, hidden fees, or other surprises. They deliver what they promise: reliable service at a reasonable rate.

Defense Mobile is looking out for current military and veterans providing wireless service from the national carriers without all of the extra fees. If you're an American Legion member then you receive an additional 10% off your monthly plan. If you sign up for the Milicash prepaid MasterCard offered by Defense Mobile, you'll get back an additional 10%. That's a potential savings of 20% each month off the already low price. What I'd like to see offered is service from Verizon Wireless and the option to purchase the higher end phones on an installment plan.

Great Service

We have been with Defense Mobile for three months. We are liking the service very much.

The GSM coverage map clearly depicts that there is coverage along I-80 through Nevada, though threre is not. Defense Mobile needs zoomable coverage maps as other service providers have. Verizon does cover this area, though you need to list the phones that work or sale them on your site.
