I am extremely pleased with Defense Mobile. I am saving an average of $70 a month and I am getting more data & better service than I was with T-Mobile. Customer service has also been a pleasure. Highly recommend!

I had been with ATT for a good amount of time and felt like I was getting way over charged. We went to a local prepaid service and it was fair, then another and it was better and then we found out about the pending arrival of Defense Mobile and waited with baited breath for when you going to start up. What can I say, I tell everyone I can about Defense Mobile, my non-vet friends are jealous of the service I have and especially the cost. Are there cheaper.....sure been there done that but when all is said and done. I have never been more satisfied with my phone. My honest only complaint is the customer service reps are not available 24 hours or on the weekends but come Monday they are on the phones or emailing helping out , Add some weekend time and you'd be golden. aside from that, no complaints.....I plan to be around for along time and I'll bring every Vet I can with me.

Defense mobile was the best program that I could find for me. Traveling across country, I had no problems with a signal. I have recommended it to my friends.

Defense mobile service is Great!!!

The staffing makes Defense Mobile the carrier to use. I have had some phone issues and some (AT&T) issues. In each case I have been treated with respect and understanding by a fellow vet which is important to me. And each time my Defense Mobile operator helped me to work through the issues quickly. The new smart phones are still somewhat awkward to me but getting better all the time. Suggestions as to phone upgrades or service upgrades would be welcomed as I do enjoy having options. Thanks

I enjoy the budget phone service you provide and get good coverage, but I feel that your fees are high and hide the true cost of the service. On a $90 bill I am paying 107 after taxes and fees.

We have experienced some issues,( with our phones) and they were handled professionally, and quickly! Highly recommend Defense Mobile!

The value for the service can't be beat. If you are on a budget and want to be guaranteed the same price each month with no overages then this is the service for you. I get the same service others pay much more for and get to feel some military pride every time I look at my phone.

Pick what price range you want to pay. As good a service as name brand systems.

We need coverage outside of the US.
