Auto slide is an excellent solution for heavy sliders and pets having ability to come and go as they please. Customer service is excellent. Be patient with install. There is a bit of a learning curve, takes a few hours to Install but works exceptionally well - had mine for over 3 years.

What an amazing device. Saves us from getting up in the middle of the night or anytime really, so our Shepard can use the bathroom and we retain the usefulness of the sliding door...Highly recommend this product. D

Terrible service i have been using autoslide for 2.5 years and tell everyone but lately not only do i keep having to fix my unit i order a second k9 tag and got a regular smart tag with the button and it wont even program. No one has returned my emails to fix the problem

There were some hurdles to go through to install it, but once those were achieved, it worked beautifully, and I'm very pleased with it worth every penny

slight delay with email tag and control head needed to be correctly aligned with cover. that being said, the directions for install and operation were easy to follow and the unit tested and operated just as expected. I am pleased with the purchase,

Great product & Service

Continuous maintenance is required. Tightening of screws, reprogramming the opener, reprogramming for the pet tags and stuff like that.

I was sent the wrong item about 3 weeks ago and I haven’t heard back from customer service. I need to exchange or return my product within their return window, but they aren’t giving me that option if they don’t respond to my multiple emails
