I have two of the AutoSlide Pet Tag systems (one in IL and one in AZ) and they are almost a necessity now for my dog and me - fairly easy to install and set up. My dog is in her element, being able to go in and out whenever she wishes. She's even taught herself to use the wireless push buttons when the battery in her pet collar tag died - smarty pants!

Easy to use. Had to fix my sensor. Dogs broke the wire end.

I have had an Autoslide door since 2016. Its the best thing that any dog owner can buy. I upgraded to the iLock motor and the pet smart tags when they came out . You don't have to drill big holes or modify the door in any way . The only down side is that I live in UK and now there is no dealer over here . I have just brought a complete kit so I have spares if anything goes wrong with my existing set up as I would be lost now if the door didn't work. I tell everyone about the door and they agree it sounds great . I would recommend Autoslide systems to everyone

Recently replaced large glass Pet patio door insert with Autoslide elite/lock with 3 pet sensors with help of very good installation videos from Autoslide US tech on youtube. Glass Pet patio insert (2 actually) was winterized version allowed significant cooling loss in summer and heat loss in winter through flap that just does not seal well. Not to mention extreme loss of patio door entry-way width due to size of large dog patio door Pet insert. My cats and large Shepard adapted quickly to pet sensors. However, recommend Autoslide tech invest in reducing size of Pet sensor for cats - sensor is large and bulky on small cats with break-away collar. Obviously Autoslide is more expensive than most costly Pet patio door glass inserts but for me benefits far outweigh the cost.

I love the autoslide for my patio door but I'm having such difficulty programming it to the remotes and the sensors. I've read the instructions over and over and followed the instructions but I'm still having trouble. Therefore, it's not fully operational yet.

I have to reach out a few time and the response came quick.

My experience with Autoslide has been excellent. I installed my Autoslide iLock a couple months ago and it works great. I was expecting it to be loud, but it's actually nearly silent. The support I received from Brandon was super responsive and top notch. I wish they had options for integrating with smart home systems like Hubitat and Home Assistant, but I have made it work for me. I highly recommend Autoslide.

We enjoy the hands free flexibility the Autoslide affords us with our heavy sliding door. We had early problems with the track and gear slipping, and the IR sensor not picking up door approaches as early as we’d like. However, the AutoSlide rep was very helpful in resolving those issues to our satisfaction. The downside to me is that the door does a quick open for about 80% of the range, then moves slowly to full open. Next, every with the timer set at Zero delay, it takes about 15 seconds or more to fully close. I wish that the full open position would be achieved quicker and that the door would close in about half the mentioned time. Overall, pretty nice system and install required a little mechanical knowledge and skill, but certainly not impossible. The instructions were not the best either.

Love I didn't have to cut hole in wall. Install was easy. Only took a few days for our dog to learn she had freedom to go out when she wanted.

So I purchased this part since a gear inside failed. I was unaware I was still under warranty with the original part. AutoSlide sent me a new gear after I jumped the gun and our charge new motor. No harm no foul. I now have a spare. Great customer service hands down.

Once installed & programmed correctly, the AutoSlide automatic door opener works like a charm. My dog is able to come & go at her leisure & saves me time & effort of letting her in & out! Now that "we" have the system, don't know how we existed without it! The support staff, namely Brandon, are excellent, supportive, friendly & a dream to work with.
