My old High Tech Pet Patio Door insert was failing, so I bought this as a replacement. It is so much better because it does not block half the door and is much more weather resistant. It was also extremely easy to install, although if you are not handy with tools, I'd recommend an installer. I cannot speak to how good customer service is, as everything has worked for my needs. The only thing I've noticed that was not 100% was the max range of one of the pet tags was only about 6 feet (supposed to be 10 feet). I imagine they'd swap it if I asked, but it works for my configuration. I definitely recommend this over traditional sliding door pet inserts, but I've also found it useful in general i. e. Hands full carrying food in from smoker? Just bump the touch sensor and the door opens for you!

I've wanted to automate the sliding door in our bedroom for a while, and once I learned about AutoSlide I was immediately interested. However, I was afraid our older aluminum door wasn't compatible. I reached out, and they promptly sent a tester at no cost. Long story short, the product did work and very well. I'm very impressed by the product as well as the company. I sent a few follow up questions to the same rep (Daria) who responded promptly and thoroughly to each question. The device was relatively easy to install, with tons of documentation and videos as guides. The product is also well designed to be flexible and easy to integrate into most smart home systems. All these are rarities in this day and age. I have zero regrets with this purchase, and recommend the product without hesitation.

My mother is 95 years old and had a care giver. The care giver main job was to let her in and out of the house by opening the sliding patio door. Her care giver was diagnosed with cancer and could no longer help her. I ordered and installed the elite ilock autoslide system with the remote control to her sliding patio door and she now has the ability to ride on her mobility scooter and get in and out of the house on her own.

I left a phone message and requested by email a call back or contact helping me find an installer in my area a week ago and have heard nothing. If someone doesn’t contact me soon with the information, I’m asking for, I will send this item back and notify the credit card company of my return and the lack of responsiveness of this company.

We are very happy with our auto slide door to our court yard. We grill out quite a bit and our auto open door makes it very convenient.
