We had set up door mechanism incorrectly. I called Brandon Seider, and he walked me through how to set it up correctly.

Love the product. My wife in a wheelchair and the autoslide has changed her life dramatically. She now has the independence to get in and out of the house on her own. If I have one issue, it would be the inability to get a hold of support directly. You have to leave a message and hope they call you back in a reasonable time. When someone does call back, they are very friendly and helpfully.

Great Experience with Autoslide Door System

A+ Door opener, easy installation and easy setup/programming. Deliver was quick and opener has been a live saver for my wife! Would definitely recommend this product to anyone with difficulty opening or getting to the door!

Autoslide is an absolute “must have” in our house. With two active dogs (one is a puppy), the constant getting up to open the door for one or the other (or both) became a huge nuisance. Autoslide to the rescue!

The ordering took a bit to figure out since some of the bundles were not available and no news on when they would be available. I ended up ordering the parts separately. When they started to show up, each one came by a different shipping method, one of them was the wrong color. After some time trying to call and waiting for email responses I finally got to chat with someone who helped straighten things out. The installation videos were very helpful and the Autoslide was installed correctly the first time. The videos need to be updated to include all the variations of the control module as they are marked and function differently. It would ne ice if there was a bit more control on the inputs and/or ways to make routines for the door control. Overall a great product and very helpful.

Customer service is not very responsive. Takes way too long to get a reply.

I finally had to replace the remote push buttons (hard use by the grandkids), but the AutoSlide has worked great for 10 years.

The idea is good, mechanics solid and software good. I paid for this device because it looked like a quality and originating product. The problem is the plastics (end cap and ecm cover) are really cheap and break very easily

Shipping was great and the set up videos are necessary! The written instructions are not nearly clear enough - especially for installation and initial set up!
