Great service. Only negative is you didn’t include an instruction sheet on how to pair the new remote to door and that info isn’t on my owner’s manual.

Great in all ways Except you didn’t include pairing instructions and I had to call to find out how to pair the new remote (that is not included in owners manual).

So happy to be able to get the remotes. The person I was emailing with was very helpful and patient with me while I tried to get the remotes programmed

We had set up door mechanism incorrectly. I called Brandon Seider, and he walked me through how to set it up correctly.

Love the product. My wife in a wheelchair and the autoslide has changed her life dramatically. She now has the independence to get in and out of the house on her own. If I have one issue, it would be the inability to get a hold of support directly. You have to leave a message and hope they call you back in a reasonable time. When someone does call back, they are very friendly and helpfully.
