I've had issues with a pair of Bolt-300, which cracked open after 3 months only of wearing them. . . . I raised it with ShoeFreaks and after telling me this was "normal tear/wear" (!!!!), I insisted that it wasn't and they eventually agreed it was indeed not normal. They credited me the full amount or offered a replacement pair. Happy of the way it turned out! :)
