Very nice comfy boots and they look expensive! They fit true to size and don’t feel too heavy once they’re on your feet. This is my second pair of Koi footwear and I’ll likely buy more.

A bit of a hassle to return shoes. I typically fit a size 6 and will probably return to size down and hoping those will fit better.

Hi, I recently purchased these black boots from Shoefreaks and noticed that upon the first wear of not only 15 minutes the boots have already ripped near the knees. I previously ordered these boots 6 years ago from pleaser and they have not ripped even after years and years of heavy usage. I noticed a big difference in the quality of the leather (the new ones seem to be plastic) and the hardware and quality of the shoe. I am really disappointed in the downgrade of quality and would like to request a new pair of higher quality or refund please. Thank you, Chelsea

I was not able to receive the shoes I ordered due to a paint issue, I only found this out while awaiting them thinking they would be part 2 of my shipment packages, but now, so I wore and rehearsed in some of the clothing ordered, meant to perform in with the heels. No performance, no shoes, 25$ offered to make me feel better. Refunded obviously, you're not scammers, but you lost a customer + look into your new carriers, they've been delivered punctured boxes, I'll post pictures.

Love my new boots ! They are exactly what I was looking for to complete a costume for a fetish event. Very surprised at how comfortable they are. So much so that they are able to be worn every day! Size is true to fit and quality is excellent! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! The spare laces in red will make an awesome change for different occasions too!
