Love shoe freak. They make demonia accessible to me in canada. Ty:hands_heart:

Love both pairs of boots! So pretty, and comfortable enough to do my first showcase performance in :)

Thank you for the service and Nice packaging!

Great service and fast shipping. Would buy again

As a company, 5/5. Shipping is fast and communicated well.

Large selection, competitive pricing, free and quick shipping. Nice to shop Canadian when you can! Overall, very trusted 3rd party retailer.

shipping was quick

Fast shipping, good fit, cute shoes, but had some manufacturing defects around the star cutout. Customer service is really good though, and offered me to exchange for a new pair, %40 off & keep them, in store credit, or refund

Love that this is an canadian company 😍

Excellent service! I had to exchange my boots for another size, and it was quick and hassle-free. The boots are high quality and exactly what I wanted. Thank you 😊

Delivery was so quick and I appreciated the note of these typically running small.

Thanks for the easy exahnge

Always a pleasure ordering shoes off shoe freaks

Everything was smooth. Thank you !

Annoying that exchanges/returns are not possible for sale items

Shoes arrived later than expected but still quickly. They use Last-Mile tracking so you only know when they will be delivered when they have arrived at the courier who delivers to your door. Shoes themselves are perfect!

Always good to deal with!

Customer service was 10/10 and quickly fixed the issues I had with the shoes.

Great quality shoes and customer service
