Customer service was decent! They answered my questions & issues promptly. I had to do an exchange on these shoes and that process was pretty smooth overall, however it took a LONG time to get my exchange back. The depot recieved my package on Dec 12th & I didn’t receive these new pair until Jan 5th. The exchange took longer to receive than the original purchase of the shoe. So, if you need these shoes for an event or show, be sure you have a lot of time to do any returns or exchanges so you don’t have any inconveniences. Overall, great place to buy shoes especially if you’re Canadian!!!!! Thank you!
