Very poor quality feathers falling off as soon as you pick them up. Applied for a refund and after 2 months still never received it.

Everything was great! Boots run small, will be exchanging them

Great shopping and customer service experience every time I’ve ordered from Shoefreek. Highly recommend!

Shipping on time

My demonias shipped super fast and were well packaged. They’re super comfortable, cute and well made! I also appreciated the freebie pack of stickers 🥰 I did size up to account for socks and swelling but I probably could’ve stuck to my true size.

Everything was on time. Thanks!

Amazing service and incredibly fast shipping, as always 😘

Shoefreaks are the best

One of the product I ordered arrived with a manufacturing defect (knee pads). I had to pay for the return and it wasn't possible to get a refund (store credit or exchange only). I wish I hadn't had to pay for the mistake (which really isn't anyone's fault). Aside from that, the other articles I received are great and Jennifer from customer service was more than kind and patient.

very cute!!!

its ok still no news after a week of returning the shoes for an exchange

My most recent purchase was unsatisfactory but I received good customer service when I needed to exchange for a different size.
