Due to the black Friday sales, I believe my order was mixed up. My order arrived a week later than expected but customer service was extremely helpful when I reached out to learn about the delay. I've never had any issue with my previous orders and will gladly continue buying from Shoefreaks

If possible, it’s best to try Pleasers in-store beforehand or be confident in your sizing. Otherwise, order well in advance of when you actually need the shoes, or be prepared to exercise some patience if an exchange or replacement is required. Importantly, their policies on returns, exchanges, and replacements are fair and customer-friendly, which goes a long way in offsetting the longer turnaround time. Bottom line: reliable, transparent, and worth supporting as a Canadian business—just plan ahead on timing.

Not what I expected. I thought it was a breathable mesh but there’s actually a clear plastic with a decorative mesh cover.
