Overall, their fairly quick responding they were able to really help me out through one of my exchanges because as this was the first time I’ve ever purchased heels at this type I had some issues with sizing and overall they were able to help me out figure out the appropriate size. It did take a little bit longer than expected, but at the end of the day they were really accommodating and I’m really grateful for that.
