I have been enjoying this website so far. Lots of selection and some really good deals that randomly pop up. I have not had to deal with customer support yet, so I can't comment on how well a size exchange would be handled. Random add on items you order are often just added in to the shoe box for easier shipping - which seems to work fine. Shipping is quick and so far have not had any issues. I do get the extra shipping insurance - just in case. One issue I have come across is for clearance items - the sizing chart is often not on the page. You have to look up the non clearance version and go by that - not a big deal, but maybe an oversight!
