First the customer experience: All my questions regarding Iris have been answered by e-mail. A few days later I had a lengthy conversation with Rick (one of the owners) regarding other dolls I was considering buying and I was very pleasantly surprised by the level and the quality of service provided. Rick has the time and patience to answer at length to any questions you might have, he will even answer questions you don't know you have, he will send you photos, movies when available just to make sure you are clear on the subject at hand. I will give this 5 stars and two thumbs up. The doll: this is my first Piper doll, so I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and feel of the TPE. The doll feels soft to the touch even without adding any powder, but if you do, the touch sensation gets even better. The doll is light (15Kg) given its size (1M) and so it is easy to manipulate. The skeleton is well adjusted, all the joints oppose the same resistance when moved. Time will tell how much they will loosen up with usage. My Iris has pink-white skin which in my opinion looks very natural under both natural and artificial light, the doll is very posable and so she's good for photography if you are into that. All in all, I highly recommend doing business with SD whatever product you choose, chances are you will be satisfied. Personally I already ordered a second Piper doll (Miyuki).

Hi - service was great, delivered on time. A bit surprised by the dead weight, as I'm more used to the other party moving. Also find that the implanted hair is shedding - hopefully just for the first little bit then will stop.

Works great but takes a little time for it to work. Is made of ceramic so can break easily if dropped.

It is now my 3rd doll at piper and I am not at all disappointed is far from it as my previous jessica is superb. the piperdoll tpe is very soft and chewy. Sexdollamerica gave me great advice during my shopping.

Nice quality, but I wish that the holes were bigger. They rip after a few usages because they are too small.

First of all, I'm so glad that I went with SD Canada. Their customer service is great and their dedication to their products is amazing. I received my doll and was amazed at the quality. She really has to be seen in person to appreciate all the great curves, even better than the photos!

Realistic

Product was shipped on time as expected. Doll was well packaged, and shipping was discreet, no identifying labels of what is inside. SD Canada was attentive and very helpful when responding to questions via email and phone. I definitely recommend doing business with them!

Cute little thing, Would give 5 stars , but there is still an unpleasant smell coming from her.
