I have used SDC for 6 orders now and have had nothing but good experiences with them. I had one order take a long time to arrive but that was do to shipping port issues and beyond there control, but still gave me a discount even tho they were not at fault, that is customer care above and beyond.

Good communication and quick response

Other then a slight delay in email communications, SD Canada delivered an outstanding experience all around. I physically picked up my order on June 28th, 2024 (which was meticulously prepared in advance), browsed the showroom and warehouse areas, inspected the order and the SD Canada team even loaded the van for me! The biggest issue I had was unloading the van because I didn't have any help. I'm reasonably fit, but the total package was 145 lbs on a gravel surface. The high quality Canadian made flight case has small wheels, so I will bring some plywood for a smooth surface for loading and unloading or a moving cart with large wheels in the future.

Upon searching for my first doll, I'm grateful to have found SD. Initially, I almost ordered from a suspicious website. Fortunately, I continued my search, leading me to SD. Although there were minor hiccups during the ordering process, SD promptly addressed and resolved them. Overall, I highly rate their service. I've made additional purchases for supplies and cleaning products, but I wish I had chosen a smaller doll due to its weight and maintenance concerns. However, I find the doll to be worth it despite some minor damages. If I were to get a new doll, I would opt for a smaller size and silicone material.
