I’ve been ordering from SD Canada for years now. Great company to deal with. Lots of options and deals, great website. Staff are always available for questions, concerns. Most importantly, I feel safe ordering from them. They do a great job at handling this sort of stuff.

Processing my order live by phone, Victor accelerated my getting little Ariel. Thanks a lot, man. BUT SD made a poor courier choice with Canpar. Sloppy job, left the doll at the gate near the road, pretending I signed: I never saw the guy! All the while terrible customer service. Any other courier does better. Boycott those as…. es and you’ll get the 5 stars you deserve. Happy Holidays!

I got a Tayu doll and I forgot to add a feature. SD Canada got in contact with me to insure my product was the one I wanted. If your looking into dolls they are helpful in finding what you need.

SDC Canada is the only vendor I would buy my Piperdolls from. Great customer service, respond to emails either same day or within 48 hours, I don't think that's a guarantee they give that I know of, but is just my experience with dealing with them for so long. Five stars. If I could recommend a piper doll, the 105 cm iris is my favorite. Both the silicone and tpe are great, depends what you're looking for. I personally enjoy the tpe, but I have a silicone as well, and she's beautiful. I would research both before buying, and decide what's best for you.

I can't begin to explain how great these guys are. They always provide the best service, and respond to inquiries typically within a day or two, most often same day response to emails. I've purchased 12 dolls from SDC since 2021, and wouldn't consider purchasing from anyone else. Not much else I can think to say, I hope they are around for decades to come!!

The 130cm Aika from piper doll is great. Delivery and shipping was relatively smooth although I would’ve preferred if they were more proactive about shipping updates.

I was skeptical and figured my order would take at least a month to arrive, however it seemed to have shipped right out of Canada and was at my doorstep the same week.

Recently I purchased an in stock head, and ordered 2 dolls. The head arrived the next day, and the delivery of the dolls was well within the shipment date. Everything went well.

The ordering process was easy and the updates and communication was superb. They were also very accommodating about pick-up. This service is rare in the doll world. Thank you!

I’ve purchased a few irokebijin’s and a couple piper dolls from SD Canada. They’ve always delivered on what they promised to sell, discreetly too, which is much appreciated. Sometimes the sites specs on the dolls are a bit out of date so it’s a good idea to communicate with their team but even if you don’t it’s not that big of a issue ( just make sure to do your own research then ). The irokebijin’s I purchased came with their certificate of authenticity which was verified with irokebijin’s/doll for ever site, so they’re selling legit products registered with the manufacturer. What more can you really ask?
