Discrete shipping, sending exactly what I ordered and how I wanted it order. It all arrived in about a day and a half from ordering. I’ve now bought 2 dolls from them ( Piper 160 cm and Piper 100 cm, needed something lighter and more manageable ) will at some point in the future be ordering another, probably not another Piper as I got 2. I want to try something different. Also read their guide for how to care for the doll.

The packaging was discreet and clean when it arrived. When opened, there was no foul odor. It was also on time. The product itself is realistic. It is soft and tight. When it comes to cleaning, the product is easy to wash. Moreover, SD's customer service was great. They can answer any questions you have regarding the product. I was really satisfied with both the product and the staff's assistance. Overall, SD Canada is the best.

OMG! So realistic and beautiful. Everything went great till she reached my city and they wouldn't deliver due to weight. But they sorted out a different delivery option for free but allowed me to pick her up. Didn't have the wig I chose but the sub was better. Once you prep the doll the skin is sooo soft. The customer service was great. Thanks
