Nice experience

I have used SDC for 6 orders now and have had nothing but good experiences with them. I had one order take a long time to arrive but that was do to shipping port issues and beyond there control, but still gave me a discount even tho they were not at fault, that is customer care above and beyond.

Highly recommend this toy, the thickness and softness of this toy feels incredibly real.

I ordered a GAMELADY DOLLS Tifa, and although I had some initial problems with outfit and extras as a new customer, customer assistance was patient and helped me get my order complete and finalized. As I was buying a more expensive premium doll, I was rewarded with some free extras. Including a travel case. A good choice for Canadian adult dolls. 5/5

great service, no issues

Always excellent services

I am very happy with both the service and the new TPE the products are made of. The old TPE was sticky or tacky, whereas the new type is a normal and very realistic kind

Good service

I have ordered from SD Canada numerous times. The website and service is top notch. They are knowledgeable, discreet, and professional. I’ve never had any issues and I will continue to support them.

Bought couple products seamless process. The shipping of the products was very fast Over all great experience

Good communication and quick response

Other then a slight delay in email communications, SD Canada delivered an outstanding experience all around. I physically picked up my order on June 28th, 2024 (which was meticulously prepared in advance), browsed the showroom and warehouse areas, inspected the order and the SD Canada team even loaded the van for me! The biggest issue I had was unloading the van because I didn't have any help. I'm reasonably fit, but the total package was 145 lbs on a gravel surface. The high quality Canadian made flight case has small wheels, so I will bring some plywood for a smooth surface for loading and unloading or a moving cart with large wheels in the future.

Just leaving this quick review right here had my product delivered in less than 24 hours in canada very satisfied with it

Upon searching for my first doll, I'm grateful to have found SD. Initially, I almost ordered from a suspicious website. Fortunately, I continued my search, leading me to SD. Although there were minor hiccups during the ordering process, SD promptly addressed and resolved them. Overall, I highly rate their service. I've made additional purchases for supplies and cleaning products, but I wish I had chosen a smaller doll due to its weight and maintenance concerns. However, I find the doll to be worth it despite some minor damages. If I were to get a new doll, I would opt for a smaller size and silicone material.

Very pleased with the Sino doll. The service from SDC was great as usual, making everything smooth and easy. I've always found them professional and very responsive. They are easy to work with and have excellent customer service. This is my fourth doll purchase through SDC. Thanks again, folks!

I've been researching my first doll for quite some time now when I contacted V at Sex Doll Canada with some of my questions and concerns. ...Are dolls legal in Canada? A resounding yes as long as not child like; ...Will the doll look like in the promo photos? Yes! In fact, the doll I purchased even looks better in person. ...Will an in-stock doll not take a month or more to be delivered to Northern Canada? No - In fact, mine arrived at my door in nine days from time of order. ...Will there be additional shipping charges to my remote community? No...the price I paid from the Sex Doll Canada website included delivery, even to my address. I had many other questions for V, they patiently answered each responsively and made me feel comfortable along the way. For my first purchase of this nature, I am SUPER happy!
