Schoolhouse has the worst customer support

Shipped promptly and well packaged.

My rug is good quality. The colors match the bed spread as shown. Soft and cozy for bedside carpet. I will purchase another larger size

Really wish hardware had been included.

It took 3 months to get my item with little to no response from customer service.

I was sent the wrong rug. I've tried for over a week to get a response from them to no avail. Meanwhile $500 has been charged to my card for a rug just to sit rolled up in my basement while I wait on them to get back to me on what I should do. They messed up, you'd think they would be extra responsible to remidy the problem. Nope.

Shipping the sample took a very long time, was shipped in a huge box.

Love Schoolhouse products. Not sure why it took nearly 6 months to fulfill an order for 2 sets of bookends.

Shipping was faster than expected. The price is up there, but I do feel like this product, and the others I’ve purchased will hold up well over the years.

Ordered two different lamps. One lamp was shipped with a scratched base and with the wrong shade. The second lamp had a poor quality paint job. Buying American didn’t work out for me - high prices coupled with poor quality control.

Customer service response time is extremely slow. Processing a return takes a full month which is extremely frustrating when you are returning for store credit with the intent of using that store credit immediately (exchanges are not offered).

I love the bedding I recently purchased from Schoolhouse although the delivery of my duvet took 3 months to receive.

Love the polka dot pillow shams! They add just the perfect amount of whimsy to our bedding. We got the king size and they fit perfectly. Great quality that’s to be expected from SchoolHouse!

Lovely blanket! I’ve been eyeing this for a couple of years & wish I would have bought it sooner. It’s a beautiful color and very warm. Can’t wait to have a picnic on it in the spring!

Team member got back to me and explained what May have happened. I called my bank and what the team member said is what happened . I was able to order correctly the item I wanted and they promptly started filling the order.
