I have been really pleased with Schoolhouse products I have bought over the past few years - gorgeous cabinet hardware, beautiful lights. I recently purchased some bedding- the sheets I am going to keep but unfortunately the quilts don’t look or feel like I imagined them to look. I am trying to return the quilts and a door mat that won’t work for our space, and it is not an easy process, and it quite expensive to return items. I am trying to return three items that came in one box and am being charged to ship each item. It’s making me less likely to take a chance in the future on different items that I’m not 100% sure will work.

My first purchase and was pleasantly surprised with quality. I would purchase again.

My door guy couldn’t tell me ahead of time if the hardware I wanted would work for some reason so I had to just order one and “see”. It didn’t. So now I have to order another. I just wish they could be returned but if needed, but they seem very well made and beautiful.
