Great customer service and fast shipping!

Ordered a product and never got an order confirmation. Waited two weeks with no word of shipping, and when I contacted customer service I got multiple responses, some of which were completely contradictory. One rep said he’d check on my order; I never heard from him again. A second rep blamed the delay on the manufacturer (meaning Schoolhouse doesn’t carry inventory), but had no target date for stocking. After I got an UPS shipping alert, a third Schoolhouse rep emailed me to say that filling the backorder was still some weeks away. It finally showed up almost a month after I ordered it. The product seems fine, but overall it was a very strange and chaotic experience I don’t want to repeat.

Shipping was perfect and fast, but I send back 2 packages of pulls that I ordered for decide what was better for my cabinet and I still waiting for be refunded. That process is a little slow.
