Wonderful! I love Shoolhouse - all items shipped quickly, and the return I had to make was easy.

Quick efficient and easy to install

I ordered a pendent from Schoolhouse and the product was great. But, there were numerous delays in its shipment that were not proactively communicated with me. I was working with contractors that I not only had to delay but I had to spend time chasing down the product.

I'll have to call the company and get the battery that was not included. Will update my review when I hear back from them.

You did well except…. I only received one piece of a multi piece order. I have not received notice of when the remaining pieces will ship. This is just not a good way to do business. You should keep clients posted. Having nearly $900.00 of bedding on the order and only receiving 1 piece with no update on the others yet all charged to my card….. Disappointing.

I was a little disappointed that my order didn’t ship for 6 days so it was about 2 weeks between my order and delivery. Also, the schoolhouse website is incredibly slow on all of my devices. I’d love to browse more but the loading drives me nuts.
