The company let you know in advance when to expect your delivery. After the product is delivered, you get an emailed saying that it has been shipped. That is an excellence concept knowing that you can expect a good product soon.

Tried and true. I've tried several brands and this one checks all the boxes. It's durable, soft and environmentally friendly. Everything I look for in a household staple.

GOOD paper, HORRIBLE delivery! Was left in the rain. . I didn’t get a text telling me it was delivered so when I found it when leaving for work it broke and toilet paper EVERYWHERE>. . luckily my son was home to grab all the paper and the disintegrated box! Six rolls were completely ruined. I have pictures to show what happened and would post them if it let me!

We have been using Cloud paper/save the trees toilet paper and paper towels for a while now, and they are fine for us. We switched from the virgin paper, Charmin, and Bounty when we learned that they were using trees from the boreal forests. I wanted a more sustainable option. The individually wrapped rolls work well for us. We also like being able to buy in bulk directly from the company and have them delivered to our door. We just started the subscription service.

It took a while for us to work out our subscription period (how much we use and how often we need to order), but everything is running like clockwork now.
