The products are terrific! The same cannot be said for the subscription program. It is difficult to anticipate the needs of 2 elder subscribers. Suffice it to say, that we kept getting paper towels, which we don’t use and didn’t want, but the toilet paper was never on time. We finally gave up: the same products are available on Amazon (no shipping charge with Prime) and can arrive overnight.
