Best products- soft, durable, so wonderful! Love knowing that our family is saving trees. The subscription works like clockwork so we never run out of toilet paper and paper towels. Love the Swedish dishcloths too for everyday cleanup of counters and table tops. Easy to wash and use again and again.

I use tissues and toilet paper but not paper towels, and it would make things much easier for me if there were an option to bundle just those two. I was a little dismayed when I asked about the possibility of adding that and was told to just get the bundle that included paper towels I don't need.

I needed to change the shipping date, and found the email notification very helpful letting me know in advance that a shipment was scheduled to come soon. Most companies tell you after they've already shipped, but not this one. There's time to change the date or skip, which is how it should be IMO
