The paper towel and toilet paper are both quality products. I do wish the paper towel rolls were larger.

I emailed twice to not send paper towels with toilet paper delivery and my delivery still came with paper towels

This used to be an excellent product. Since the company "made improvements", it is now the same as commercial toilet paper with chemicals and no bamboo. A completely different product. now causes allergic and sensitivity response.
