Your Customer Service Lied
Your service still cannot provide mobile data to my Samsung Galaxy S24. Your customer service told me it was my SIM card but the new one also doesn't receive any mobile data. I had to purchase a pocket wifi instead and it is costing me way too much but I don't have time to change services. I called Samsung and they couldn't help because the phone is too new in Japan. If you knew you couldn't provide mobile data to my phone because it is too new then you shouldn't have lied about the SIM card and charged me for that too. You are scamming me but I have no choice for now.

Overall it was a great experience
It was unfortunate that I can't utilize the usage of whole 3 months plan but the net speed was fast and consistant throughout my travel in Japan. The only complaint i had was only the customer service replying speed, don't get me wrong, customer service itself was great, staff are friendly, just I hope I can get the reply faster.

It was great that Sakura offers eSIMs that can be purchased online in English with good customer support in English. It allowed me to get up and running as quickly as possible after arriving in Japan.

Your product is horrible. Topping
Your product is horrible. Topping up data is expensive, your prices are higher than average, your speed is slow and if the client tries to change their plan it only applies on the 1st of the following month. Not to mention the ridiculous requirement of having to mail the sim to end the contract. I'm looking forward to terminating the contract and stopping everyone I know from making the same mistake

Even if I don’t use
Even if I don’t use that much internet data, I always run out of internet data quickly, a situation that has sparked many problems for me. I will change service as soon as I have time but due to various circumstances I haven’t been able to yet. It’s a shame because during 2020-2021 I didn’t have any issue with this service.
