I have been very impressed with the speed at which my orders were fulfilled. I ordered an Ultrafeed Sewing Machine, the sewing table and numerous accessories. The next day my order was processed and shipped out promptly. I also contacted Sailrite to let them know that I discovered several scam websites selling Sailrite products at unbelievable prices. I received a response within hours from Sailrite letting me know they had reported these websites. Overall, I am very pleased with the customer service.

Sailrite sells great products and I've always been thrilled with the service. On my last boat I sewed a mainsail kit from them, and Jeff was incredibly helpful, talking me through the process and answering every question I had along the way. The kits themselves are well thought out, with clear instructions that make a big project feel manageable even if you've never sewn before. Recently I got quotes to replace the vinyl in my dodger and was told by local marine canvas companies that it wasn't possible, so I bought a sewing machine on eBay and did it myself following a Sailrite video. Their how-to videos are genuinely excellent and made the whole project doable on my own. My only complaint is that shipping costs are extremely high. It's unfortunate, probably caused by increased oil prices, and I'm sure there's nothing they can do about it, but still, my last order was $75 for some thread and a few small hardware bags, and shipping was over $20, which makes it hard for me to order from them when there are cheaper options available. A lot of the reason I DIY everything is to save money. Shipping is free on orders over $200, but sometimes I just need some thread and twist-lock fasteners.

Would be handy if you could move items directly from Wish List to cart. Or am I missing how to do this. Otherwise, it is very easy and convenient.

I must say I am very happy with Sailrite service they always on time and continue emailing me if there is any problem I am very happy with there service .

I keep a wishlist of a wide range of refills, spare parts, consumables, and materials for new projects. I found everything I wanted and the resources to select the correct material for my work.

I had a hard time finding the product that I was looking for, I typed it into search from the exact title of material that I was looking for it took me to multiply choices. I found it through a u tube discription.

After moving to Florida and not being able to find an upholstery company for my sailboat. I decided to start a company and do it myself. I did already have a walking foot machine and some very basic sewing skills. I really appreciate the videos and the fabric and foam calculators. I also have done some light commercial work. Super fast service and Great prices!

I tried to use PayPal to pay for my recent purchase, but the transaction did not complete. It got logged against my credit card as a pending transaction, but I had to ultimately charge my card directly to complete my purchase. I don't have this problem with other online retailers, so you might want to look into it.

Sailrite has everything I need to complete any task that I might undertake. They don't make me look around at multiple websites to find everything I need.
