Simple and efficient

Jeff is great. I got the info and sail information quickly. The order arrived promptly and completely in a neat sturdy package.

Needed a zipper foot. The fact that the feet are proprietary makes it difficult to price shop. Shipping charges are excessive on such a small item.

My experience was horrible 2 1/2 hours filling out a shopping list put my phone down to get coffee came back. My shopping cart was empty really really bombed.
