The free shipping amount should be mentioned at the checkout. I missed it elsewhere on the site, My purchase value was close enough that I may have bought something else to get over the required amount

Would be good to input old customers previous orders. All of mine were removed when you started your new computer program.

Amazing!!

Quality for a fair price. What more do you need? Chat assistant was a big help adding the needle needed for the wax canvas.

Video on items really help

I appreciate the quality products an hope to add a Fabricator Deluxe to the shop in the future.

Everything I need products for outdoor supply you have it and that's very inportant.

I just ❤️ this shop. I have bought several machine over the past 14 years and all kinds of tools. Never been a disappointment.

Samples were requested, paid for and never arrived. Customer service happily replaced them and sent them off. Both the first and second order arrived the same day. Our postal system is broken .

Your website is pretty easy to follow but I had some questions & sent off an email. I got a response fairly quickly but I wish I could have spoken to a representative over the phone just to clarify a few things. Anyway, I did place the order but would like to know that there will be someone I can speak to in the future with any questions I have.

No question that Sailrite has kept customer satisfaction as a top priority. (besides having the best quality merchandise)

I spent a lot of time looking for the right walking foot machine. I highly valued portability so the answer was easy. I ordered my machine and it shipped right away and was delivered 3 days early. Every thing was packed perfectly and all my options showed up as well. This is a great store with perfect how to videos. I’m up and running now and working on my first project. These are great people!!

It was seamless

Their leather quality is worth the price! Normally we have to scrap the edges and ends due to packaging. But your leather is 99% usable! Also shipping was really quick!

Great service - I ordered Sunbrella for a boat cover for a museum, and am very happy with how fast and easy the order was!

I needed help selecting the proper needle for sewing wax canvas. The person on the chat asked me ? And listened to the reply. She worked the problem (i didn’t know what size thread I was using) and never gave up. As a result I added the proper needles to my order. I sorry I don’t remember her name but GOOD JOB!

Always on time and easy to work with some time it takes me a while to locate what I am looking for

My order was created, ordered, packed, and shipped quickly, accurately, and at the best price among competitors. I highly recommend Sailrite for all your marine needs. They have high quality, time tested products that are purposefully acquired to solve most every marine need.

Great experience - left an item off the order and Sailtrite accommodated me - cancelled and refunded order promptly so I could reorder. Great products - if freight costs to Australia weren't so high I would buy heaps more..

Sailrite is my go-to site for all things sewing. Their “how-to” videos are so helpful and I always get a prompt response when I email with a specific question. I’ve made many marine projects, big & small and they turn out great. Many thanks to all the Sailrite team!
