I ordered some seat cushion foam and some other bits. It came in two boxes. One box had a green sticker on it, informing me the "other bits" were inside. Both boxes had big yellow stickers that informed me I needed to unpack the foam, pronto, and let it expand for several days before using it, as it had been compressed for shipping. Sailrite sure takes care of and informs its customers to ensure they get the most out of their products. Thank you!

Called on the old fashioned telephone, a human being answered in English that I was able to understand. Needed a long sail batten. She actually knew what a batten was and immediately transferred me to another live English speaking person who took care of my special order quickly. This is a review of the ordering process, not a review of the product ordered. I found the website easy to navigate. After reading reviews for a hot knife that would cut Sunbrella fabric, I decided to purchase the Sailrite Edge hot knife. I was immediately able to find the knife on the website and found additional information to confirm my decision. Moving to the process of adding the knife to my shopping cart and the 'checkout' process was easy and seamless. I appreciated the different options for payment.

I’ve made several purchases since I acquired my LSZ machine. Never any issues. I do wish there were other options for shipping. Fedex does a great job but no matter how small the item the minimum shipping fee about $16. 00.

While searching for a heavy duty sewing machine online, Sailrite ads began appearing in my feeds. The videos are convincing, and the technical specs lead me to purchase the Sailrite. My packages arrived last night and I'm anxious to get it unpacked and set up. The packaging is very heavy duty and arrived undamaged. The order process was simple and updates at every step were sent. A+ on the communication aspect.

I was ordering a bunch of materials and my cart seems like it was reset one day. There should be a way to save and/or upload a bill of materials from a spreadsheet with SKUs and quantities.

Products are organized in a way that makes it easy to find and learn about everything you'll need for your project. I'm making boat cushions and learned so much from reading the product descriptions that I'm confident I purchased only appropriate materials in the quantities I need and still have money left over for ice cream.
