Overall my experience was good. I happened on the website and proceeded to learn to make a simple bench cusuion along with the ability to purchase everything I needed. After a piping failed (pulled apart), I felt there was more discussion and doubt than necessary before sending a replacement. valued at just a few dollars. I will retlurn to the website in the future and will purhase your products. Your videos are excellent.

I reupholstered the front seats of my deck boat with another lesser expensive sewing machine with a walking foot accessory that made it similar to a real walking foot. I needed to do the rest of the seats and decided that I might need a better machine and someone who is actually in the upholstery industry her entire career said as advice - “Sailrite is your friend”. I purchased an LSZ and could not be happier, the difference between using the other machine and of course the LSZ made my job so much easier and professional looking. I also like all of the videos that Sailrite offers, they are extremely informative and make taking on a project less stressful. Sailrite makes you feel like you’re a part of something special. Great company great machine.

So right in their website was easy to use and the delivery was pretty quick this time. I’m still not happy with the firmness of the marine cushion. I bought the extra firm, but it’s still very soft in my opinion. The 20 year old foam padding I am replacing is still more firm.

Service and materials ordered were great. I had one order that went astray in the fall which was sent by UPS. Extreme weather delayed it. I had to reorder and have the order sent by FedEx. That order was received promptly.
