Very easy to find what you are looking for and product description is excellent.

I chose the heavy duty zig zag machine really because I need a portable machine I am unable to have a machine set up in my small apartment I need to be able to break it down. I decided to go with sale right because they have good reviews from just about everyone there are a lot cheaper machines out there but I think you get what you pay for in this industry. I will be doing a full review after I've had my machine for a while I plan on altering heavy duty leather motorcycle clothes and maybe even manufacturing some. Need to start doing my own stuff because nothing off the rack fits me. Try wearing a double extra large gloves with medium size fingers, it just doesn't work.

I did not have any issues

I ordered some tools on Wednesday afternoon and they were delivered 44 hours later in Austria. Super fast and excellent service and delivery! The tools are high-quality, and it's a pleasure to work with them. Thank you so much! Thank

I had to call you for assistance with an order. Once I made contact with a company rep I was then able to make my purchase online. Thanks for the speedy service. And thanks for having a real, live person to help me!

A long term reliable online store with great products for DIYers and industry! Would possibly double or triple the expenditure with Sailrite if the Shipping costs were not so high. Keep doing a great job Sailrite!

Needed to find a matching vinyl for a 36 year old ski boat and it only took two samples to get there. Sailrite always has what I need

I was unfamiliar with your products and was advised by AI what to order for my project. My searches were very specific, but results were so general that I had some difficulting sorting out what I should buy.

I was pleased to find that you offer international shipping to Australia. The ordering process was easy and straightforward, and arranging delivery to Perth was simple. A very positive shopping experience—thank you!

The information and the supplies at Sailrite are amazing! Finding them in the search field is a little more difficult if I don’t know the exact name. Even getting to the entire color selection of the sattler fabric took a number of tries.

Fast turnaround and good value

So far everything has been acceptable.

You all are amazing, you have definitely increased the speed of service and delivery time. Fed ex is a great partner of yours. All the tools and supplies you carry now make it one stop shop for all my tools and supplies. Love and use your you tube Videos . TY

Need I say more? Ok, spoke with customer service on the phone and they were very helpful in placing the order.

I have never had any issues with your service. Always prompt and willing to answer any questions I may have,

Your website is very good. I found everything I needed. Thank you

Sailrite is my go to source for repairs and replacement of interior and exterior cushions , exterior window covers and flybridge Bimini’s on my 94’ Ferretti Yacht since I’m very particular and prefer to do the sewing myself.

I ordered 5 yards of outdoor fabric at $16.95 per square foot for a total of $84.75. The shipping options popped up starting at $90 to $200+. Yes I am in Hawaii but still in the US. I wrote a polite note asking if there was alternative shipping. Response (after two inquiries) was curt and suggested I send it to a friend on the mainland and they could send it on to me. The issue seems to that the width of the fabric. Honestly, coudn't you all fold it and put it in an express box? Not fealing the love.

Sailrite is my Go To for all things for sails and canvas work. I’m just a home amateur, but your selection is awesome, and when I do need support/advice you’re there.

I had a great experience navigating your website, and the order came exceedingly my expectations. I really love the product. I haven’t used it but the quality is excellent.
