I had a technical question on whether or not, Sailrite had a tool that would help me accurately cut quite a lot of 1" wool felt panels for acoustical treatment in a recording studio. Brian J. was quick to communicate and willing to test several tools on the product before his recommendation. Not only did Brian identify the best tool, but he also uploaded the test video for me to watch on YouTube. The website is easy to use. I found a beautiful fabric which I immediately ordered. I received confirmation very quickly which also allowed me to track it.

The YouTube videos are very well done, they helped me pick out fabric and order the correct Bimini kit for our pontoon. Their customer service is friendly and helpful. Definitely would order from them again!

I found the bundle of spare parts for the LSZ-1 quickly. It looks like what I need after several needle strikes. I've been able to clean up the hook and the spring plate, but it will be good to have the spares.

While fining the machine I wanted and all the prepackaged add-ons was clearly listed, I would have also liked to see what other feet I could purchase with my machine. I am sure I may have missed it, but I would think a link to those would make it so much easier. I just want a zipper foot and I struggled to find it to order with my machine so I did not order it.

Easy to use site with a fantastic inventory

Huge thanks to Brian Jansing for navigating me through the final order process as I was trying to confirm the big freight variations on next day being less than 2 day FedEx- during that process I lost the few minutes my discount applied and he got it required and adjusted the order . Just great old school customer service that AI will never replace , another reason this is now my chosen industry and glad to have supplier partner like Sailrite close by.

I had been looking at this machine for a long time, but couldn’t justify the purchase. I was trying to fix a seat cover for my husband and broke my 3rd needle on my regular machine. That was the decision point and I ordered it that minute. The machine arrived within a few days. I watched all the videos on setup. I only wish I had ordered it sooner. The seat cover was finished within minutes. It looks great. I even removed the other stitches and re sewed them. He’s happy, I’m thrilled.

I called to ask a question about their product ND they answered and were knowledgeable. Crazy. I like their DIY videos and they have a great rating.

Great website and great selection. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because of the high delivery cost to Canada.

My shopping experience has a whole, was great. My only suggestion is your prices should be listed in Canadian and American. Can you imagine, the 1000$ more showing up on my credit card that I did not expect.

This is the only online store I know of that does not provide the tracking # so I can check where the order is at prior to delivery. Please fix. Everything else was no issue.
