Lighting fast response to the problem i emailed in. They were able to help me troubleshoot the problem and they diagnosed what same day. Great team a d customer service

Once again, Sailrite staff provided quick and accurate advice for our next canvas project.

Good products, quick service

This was my second order of the light wax canvas fabric. The fabric is my favorite for bag making. Sailrite shipps fast and the fabric is rolled and looks great.

I was not informed that an additional tool was required before the product would successfully complete my project. I was stalled and forced to search for an additional tool.

Sailrite always comes through with the best products and prices! Great service and response time!

The format for indicating a discount code is not clear upon checkout. It should be clear near the shipping and tax. I'm very disappointed that I had to call customer support.

Great selection of fabrics. Website is easy to navigate, placing order is straightforward. Shipping fast.

I routinely order Chicago Screws and line 24 Dot fasteners from Sailrite. The prices are very close to what I'd pay from Dot, but without any minimums. The process was smooth, as usual. My only beef is that there isn't a price break for 10 packs of 10 Chicago Screws, while there is no pack of 100 offered.

Quick and efficient service. Good quality items you can only find at Sailtite

Would buy more often if shipping was free. I never order enough to qualify for the free shipping offer.

Thanks to Sailrite I’m tackling my 2nd major project, first a sewing machine and sail for a boat I built, and now a cover for my RV. Both times my interaction with Sailrite has been….5 stars. Thank you

Most recent shop experience offered two additional items, which were not in the first experience that will allow me to use the twistlock Die kit (more than $90) for canvas on sail boats . When we bought the die kit we thought we were buying ALL items needed to accomplish the project.

I was very happy at the pricing for your fabric and the discount code that was available to me! And shipping is fast!

I couldn’t put the code SAVE 100. That is why I spend $290.

I received shipping notification within an few hours of completing the order. Super customer service. We will be stopping by the Sailrite booth at the Annapolis boat show in October.

I made a wish list but then when it came time to add those things to my cart, I could only remove it from the wish list, not add it to my cart without revisiting every item.

I trust Sailriite Products. Online ordering is very easy and shipping is fast,

Just ordered my first round of supplies for my sailboat canvas project. I have no idea how to make portal covers, a new bunk cushion, and a host of other projects I have planned for my boat. Sailrite makes it all seam (pun intended) possible with their fantastic instructional videos and kits. Feel confident I have everything I need to get started, and great support if I get stuck - fantastic company!

Love all the products, love the kits, love the instructional videos...My go to company all the time.
