Lots of good stuff to complete your project. Not easy to navigate and find what you need to finish the job. It would be nice if they suggested a couple of different ways to go on completing your project. Beginners would be lost here.

Kinda hard to write a review when the product just shipped and is probably a week or so from being in my hands but I will comment that I am just over the border in Canada just across from Buffalo NY You will ship to Buffalo for free but your quote to send it to me was more than 75. 00. I know there is customs but you should work on trying to help your international customers I used a forwarding service that specializes in this sort of thing and it costs about 5. 00 a package for them to bring it across and I can pick it up at their depot or they will send it on I would buy more if it was easier

I rated my experience a 4 star because I thought I saw if I spent $100, I would save 10%! I didn’t see when I paid for it that I could apply the 10% off my purchase.

First, I want to let you know how enjoyable it was to work with Jeff Frank. The initial quote was completed within 24 hours. I asked Jeff if he could remove a couple of tools I already had and if he could change the previously listed 7/16 grommets to 1/2 grommets to accommodate my tools. He obliged and within hours sent me an updated quote for review (and saved me $60). By the third day I had completed asking and receiving answers to all the questions I had and placed the order. I couldn't have asked for a more responsive, knowledgeable and caring person. BTW, I'm fairly sure I completed one of these yesterday and said pretty much the same.

I needed a lot of help before placing my order late Thursday afternoon and was extremely happy with the help I received. I placed a follow-up order on the things I forgot Thursday to round out my order by mid-afternoon Friday. Extremely happy to find all of my order well packaged and delivered by noon Sunday without having to pay extra. Thank you very very much Sailrite!

When I don’t know the specific name of what I want it is very difficult to hone in on the product. There is something about the broad categories that is not always easy to search. Looking for fabric that might be best for a certain project, grill cover for example, is not easy across the various fabric lines. Customer Service (Lisa) is very helpful however. I miss the catalogs!

Don't lose Jeff Frank. What a great person to deal with. I asked for and received a sail kit quote within 24 hours. All questions I had about the quote and materials were satisfactorily answered within 24 hours. He even let me modify the material requirements of the kit to my financial advantage.

After I place my order I realized I forgot to add something. There should be an "add to this order before it ships" option like Amazon has. I didn't want to start another order and pay for the extra shipping costs. So I'll just hold off for now.
