This is my third purchase from Sailrite. I am completely satisfied with the service in every way. When I was considering purchasing my HandyPress, I first emailed them for more information, and within a very short time, I received a very professional response. The videos, the website, and the staff all demonstrate a genuine commitment to customer service. And the products are of very high quality—it’s clear that the company pays close attention to detail and cares about its customers.

I have used Sailrite kits for a full set of sails and individual sails. The design and cutting service has always been excellent, and the kits are comprehensive and include everything you need. I have also ordered individual fabrics for repairs, modifications and when building sails to my own design. The price for the design and cutting service is low. Although I have built smaller and simpler sails to my own design, for example, square sails and storm sails that are basically flat-cut, I would always get them to cut anything with a complex shape. The design service works well and is very responsive; Jeff will always tweak the design in response to requests. If there is one issue, it is that it is not always easy to find exactly what you need on the website. It is usually there, but they have so many products that sometimes you do have to search for it. Their delivery is fast but can be expensive, so factor that in. Sails are big and heavy, so delivery costs are significant

Found everything i was looking for.

I have no sewing experience. My dogs had badly torn the screen under my sofa. My wife felt that we should buy a new one. Our dogs were young and very active. I found Sailrite and felt I could replace it. I ordered everything I needed and with YouTube the repair was better than new.

Clear guides, and instructions for someone new picking up the machine! The website, details of each items are good. Accompanied with well done videos. This made me go with Sailrite, rather than possible alternatives. One small thing is perhaps there could be simpler start packages for people looking for combined hobbies like making bags + leather craft. TO get both packages would be a lot of money and overlap. And to add necessary items took a really long time.

For the most part the order went smoothly, part of it didn’t get included which was an additional color of waxed canvas. It may have been my error by not adding it to the cart after selecting it, not sure, I caught it right away after submitting payment but wasn’t allowed to add it to my order without creating a new order and shipping charges.
