Everything I have received over the last 10 years of doing business with Sailrite has been outstanding. The LSZ-1 has worked wonderfully for me over the last 6 years. I added the balance wheel and was able to use the machine without power. When the worker bee motor came out I up graded the motor and man what a difference that made!! The online videos on resetting the timing and other maintenance has been key to my success on my projects I have completed and kept me from paying for costly "repairs".

Being unfamiliar with the hardware I was looking for I found that their descriptions were very detailed. But best of all were the videos! When i wasn't sure how a pice of hardware was applied the video helped explain the application and the tools needed. Incredibly helpful for a novice.
