My shopping experience was very good. . I watched one of your great YouTube videos-tube videos, and at the end they provided a list of products used with stock numbers. I typed in those numbers and found what I needed. The only thing that would be better would be hot links from the list on the YouTube episode right to the products.

I sent an email after realizing I didn’t have everything I needed in the day before previous order. I asked if the orders can be combined so I don’t have to pay shipping on the second order, as the first one was over $900. 00 Small thing, but I would have liked to know that the first order was large as far as I am concerned. Could have used an email explaining why you can’t do it, or yes we can. Or, go pound sand. Just don’t like being ignored.

Ordered via Sailrite site was less than the wholesale site due to discount and shipping even though paying sales tax. Not the first time. You would expect buying wholesale and not paying sales tax would be less. . . which is the idea. Otherwise the check out process led me to accidentally buy twice and pay 2 shipping charges previously on the staples. Has to do with the completion of the transaction not confirming or a delay in it making you think it did not process.

I've been a customer for several years. Sailrite has a wide selection of foam, fabric and tools that has allowed me to produce professional quality cushions, pillows and other projects with ease. The 'how to' videos are many and superior. The foam and fabric calculators are easy to use. My favorite tools are the cordless hot knife and electric foam saw.
