Great safe, solid choice. Customer service is excellent. The freight company jacked up the safe on my first delivery, called customer service and had a new one shipped no damage on delivery within a week and some change.

Some parts were bent and I had some paint chipping but the safe itself is fantastic. Functionally perfect but would've been nice to have it show up in a more perfect condition. Both damage bits should not have been possible from shipping

Shipping is an issue, to start with. My safe crushed its shipping pallet, so it arrive in a tangle of pallets the shipping company used to make it handleable. Safe itself is fine. None of the accessories (white light, gel)I ordered showed up with the safe or any subsequent shipment. Suggest your order them separately.

My safe lock is stamped 3B3, but the keys are 303. I got the safe locked but now can't unlock it.
