Great customer service

I don’t have any complaints. Safe and Vault store sets themselves apart with customer service. That’s increasingly rare these days.

Shipping was fast and service has been taken seriously.

Very strong TL-30 safe - Great solution for storage of high-value items with a certified 2-Hour contents protection against fire. My ease of ordering was matched by the very responsive post-delivery Customer Support Team service. For one item of concern, the Safe & Vault (S&V) Customer Support staff moved quickly to escalate my concern and to gain a thorough resolution within 24 hours of my call. I highly recommend this safe and team at S&V.

Great

Arrived early and great customer service!!

Poor delivery. Poor customer service.

I like

Hornady was quick and efficient in sending my box.

I'm very happy with the safe. The safe was delivered undamaged and shipped quickly. Be assured that you are making a great choice in a fine quality safe. I am a senior citizen with poor eyesight, after receiving the safe and using the combination to open, I wish I could have in quired about the combination being set on all numbers instead of the dittos which would have made a big difference in opening the safe faster with less hassle.

Safe and Vault was great to work with. Answered all my questions, I loved this safe so much I ordered two. Everything advertised was accurate. Every representation regarding the product all the way to deliver was perfect. I would recommend this company strongly
