Nice safe for quick access. Came exactly as described. Opened wall and installed safe in less than an hour. Very simple set up to program master and user codes. Safe&vault sent accurate timely updates on my order. Delivery was faster than expected. 10/10 on the safe 10/10 on the seller…. No pictures because that would defeat the purpose of my hidden wall safe.

As noted in my review, the customer service with the store is wonderful. I was so impressed that they offered to exchange it and ship to me at their expense provided I returned the original one at my expense. they were quick and so attentive.

Good safe selection. For my first safe purchase, I would probably go with a different company. Not very customer friendly. Everything is automated like every business these days. Automated emails with zero details or helpful information. You are just a number and a source of revenue. Nothing more. Nothing less. For a major purchase like this I would recommend a company with a more personal business model.
